Materials:

Worsted weight yarn in your choice of colors
G crochet hook
Yarn needle

Pattern:

Ch 6.
Sc in second ch from hook and in each ch across. (5 sts)
Ch 1, turn. Sc in each st across.
Repeat step 3 until piece measures 2.5 inches.
Fasten off and weave in ends.
Using a contrasting color, embroider decorative stitches onto the egg.
