How to make Pho soup?
Season the meat with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a pan.
Seal both sides of the meat for 2-3 minutes.
Rest your meat from the pan aside.
Boil the noodles in boiling water for 4-5 minutes.
Drain the water and set aside the noodles.
Boil the stems of chicken stock, onion, anise, cinnamon, chopped ginger and coriander over medium heat for 20 minutes.
At the end of this period, drain the chicken broth and put it back into the pot.
